The Company
Associates consist of experienced real estate appraisers,
agents and analysts. The President of the firm is Richard
L. Harris, GAA. Mr. Harris has over 25 years of real estate, appraisal
and construction experience. He is a graduate of the University
of Florida where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Building
Construction. Mr. Harris has state licenses and professional
designations for real estate, appraisal and construction.
Associates
of the Company have individual memberships with various real
estate organizations including the National Association of
REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, Florida
Gulfcoast Commercial Association of REALTORS®, Association of Eminent Domain Professionals and Real Estate Investment Council (REIC). Richard Harris is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute
(AI) and has a GAA (General Accredited Appraiser) designation from the National Association of Realtors®.
