The Company was formed in 1994 by Richard L. Harris, GAA, President of the firm. Mr. Harris began his real estate career in 1978 after he graduated from University of Florida with a Building Construction Degree. He has over 25 years of real estate and construction experience. In 1983, Mr. Harris began his real estate appraisal career, concentrating on the valuation of large scale developments in Pinellas County and throughout the Tampa Bay Area. He has been qualified as an expert in real estate appraisal and valuation by various Courts throughout Florida. He has obtained state licenses, certifications, and professional designations for real estate, appraisal and construction. Mr. Harris has been recognized as an industry leader in the field of real estate and valuation.

Our experts have developed a thorough understanding of local real estate markets through their analysis of a variety of property types.
